Nanofibril filters for environmental nanoparticles: Development of innovative protection against Nano-pollution

The objectives of the project are to obtain fundamental knowledge in the cross-over between nanopollution, toxicology and environment and to develop new solutions for nanoparticle filtration based on microfibrillated cellulose.

The project has four research partners having complementary competence in the fields of microfibrillated cellulose, nanotoxicity and filtration methods.
